ARC GEOTECH LABORATORY had an objective vision to become one of the most equipped soil and rock testing laboratory in East Malaysia by proceeding all the laboratory and in-situ testing accordingly to Quality Control Standard such as British Standard (B.S.), American Association of State Highway & Transportation Official (AASHTO), American Society for Testing & Material  (ASTM), Malaysian Standard (M.S.), Jabatan Kerja Raya State & Federal Specification and other standard, this would protect the clients or contractors from future damage claim should adjacent property be damage during the course of construction

1. To provide quality services to the construction industries in East Malaysia.
2. To help government to maintain quality of work in accordance with government standard and requirement.
3. To help in the protection of environment by preventing unnecessary landslides, erosion or other pollutions that may cause loss of properties and lives
